Do your tears fall so easily? When watching a movie or someone who is crying in front of you and telling a story? Is the one who have shallow tears been really sensitive that can easily touch the feelings and cry? I just noticed it to a friend of mine every time we watch a movie or a soap she can easily cry. A friend of ours told us a story about her problem and she also cries. I ask her if she was fine and she said yes she just carried away with the story. I ask her if she has problems that she's going trough but she said she don't have. I just wonder and worried about her. Any words from this mylotters?

I know someone who is just like your friend. Who is that person? Its my MOTHER! She easily cries when also watching a movie, especially drama, she cries when she feels pity over a story, and even when she is re telling her stories to her grandchildren, she cries a lot. She is a very emotional lady and i think i get after her, i have shallow tears too and they just pour down my face when i am sad. I think it is normal and healthy...it is also a very good cleansing agent to our eyes.

No not really. I think it depends on the persons emotional state, how tender hearted they are, and if they really get into what's going on. My hubby doesn't cry but does this lil wimper like sound where I'm like you... really? it was that sad?

I haven't cried for 10 years, I have this poker face whenever I cry, though I lost that ability, at least I still have the ability to laugh, though its a bit hard, since the movie that is said to be the number 1 comedy of 2012, got cricket reaction from me. Back to crying, am the only person not crying on the cinema when watched Les Miserables with my date. I did get affected by the movie's sad moments but I still have that poker face. no tears....

I believe your friend is very healthy and normal. Because I often do the same as her. When I watch a movie, a moving plot will make me cry. When I hear a sad story, I will cry , too. ANd I am sure crying is not just for babies. Maybe we are too emotional. By the way, I hear it's good for our health to cry once in a while. The tears kills the bacteria in our eyes.

I do cry when slicing an onion. The movie that makes me cry is when the pets like dogs are the one who is on the story.
