Food and Figure

I'm a person who love eating a lot.However,I always worry about my figure/weight since the more I eat,the heavier I will be.During these five years,I have been struggling between food and figure all the time.Sometimes I just eat what I love and pay no attention to my weight.While I begin to be anxious if I become too heavy and then try to control my appetite.Do you have such experience?

Eating can be really so delightful to the point of hurting our figure. Females and males alike can destroy their body by overeating. I've always been careful about overeating. I've never had weight issues but it is better to be careful. I don't eat more than I should. I think discipline should be best practiced in eating. After all..obesity is a killer.

It's really true that obesity can cause lots of problems for our body.My father is kind of obese and he has got hyperglycemia and hypertensive for many years.Because of this,he has to take medicine to keep the blood pressure at a normal level.Whatever,everyone of us should take care of our body.

My weight have been in sort of a "yo-yo", without me really trying hard to lose weight. It's just that whenever I have something new to do, like work, I tend to be a workaholic. I do not feel being hungry at all. I just want either water, juice or coffee. But when I get used to the "new" work, my weight goes back to normal and sometimes would have a tendency to put a few more pounds.

Hi,Jenny.Since you said that you will gain just a few pounds,that is what I hope to happen to me.The worst exerience for me was to gain 10 pounds in half a month.Besides,I will try to work harder like you since I'm a little bit lazy.lol

In late November 2012 till December 2012, I felt sick and having toothache at the same time. So I lost quite a lot of weight. I am very happy with my current weight as I can wear all my old dresses and skirt. I hope I can manage my current figure and I am glad it is so far so good. I am a bit worry as the festival season is coming- Chinese New Year where we tend to over eat especially those fattening cookies! At times I am just like you, eat what I love and start worrying later.

Iriene,once before I had the same experience with you.One of my teeth was a wisdom teeth and it made me suffer a lot.During that time I could hardly eat anything but porridge.Now that I have graduated and begin to work,not much time for me to take exercise like that in school.So that I have to control what and how much I eat to maintain the previous weight.It's really a tough project.

Yes I also experience that. I like to eat at times and then I gain weight. The positive thing I lose weight easily so when I notice I'm getting heavy and fat then I will start to diet. :-)

LOL.This is just what I experience.Eat a lot,gain weight,go on a diet,lose weight,eat a lot,gain weight....Anyway,this kind of experience fulfills our life,isn't it?

Yes I did. But most of the time, I eat what I love and worry later. I also exercise to shed off the extra calories. As I grow older, there are foods that I cannot eat and I don't want to stop eating those food at an early age. I love food and I blog about them. I just have to exercise every day to be able to get the desired shape and weight I want.

Greenthumb,it's really strong-willing for you to take exercise to keep your weight.For me,I just want to stay at home after work.The older I am,the lazier I become,though I know that exercise is really good for our health.

May you should choose foods that are healthy and low fat. Or you can eat whatever you like, but you have to have exercise too, to burn your fat in your body and you don't worry about your weight anymore.

Oh!This is a good way to keep balance between food and figure.It's lucky that one of my favourite food is fruit.Maybe I should force myself to choose fruit when I want to eat some snacks.

I'm a kind of person who easily gains and loose weight. Though I do have a not so slim and not so fat body, I always make sure that I don't get fat that much. I always make sure that I'm maintaining my figure even after giving birth to 3 kids.

I'm also the type of person who love to eat. Food is number one to me above all things else. It's alright to eat more, but also must move around more everyday. I also got worry if I eat so much, gain weight and I will become fat. Now, all those worries are things in the past. I had come up with a solution that deals with the food and the figure. The solution is I'm not only move around everyday but also skip 1 meal out the 3 meals for two or three days in a week (not consecutive days). For example, I eat breakfast and lunch, and I skip dinner, or I eat breakfast and dinner, but I don't eat lunch. With that solution, I can eat much more food and yet still in good figure. I believe this solution will work on you too. I wish you all the best.

you know what? We are in the same shoes. When the food is already in front of me, no one can stop me to eat until I am full, and at the end of the day I will tell myself tomorrow I will eat less than my normal meal, but it didn't happen. so I've started to gain weight.

Surprise! You know, in my mind, i think it should be in chinese mind, we think western women don't care or not such care about their weight and shape. u can see, chinese women are general thiner than wetern women. In China, almost all girls are losting weight, no mater they are thin or fat. in their words, there is no thinnest, but thinner.

i dont know why people afraiding to eat.,eating a superb fun,i always enjoy,,you should be concentrate about your daily activities,specifically workouts,as i do.i enjoy exercises and making my body shape as i want.so instead of quiting a hammburger..you should track shoes
