Happy with the current results

The other day, I tried to check my weight on the scale and I was happy with the results. I already shred about 2 kilos since I started. What I did is to monitor what I eat and reduce the amount I take every meal but increase the frequency of eating from 3 meals to 5 small meals. I haven't started my morning jogging yet and mini-exercise yet. Hopefully I can loose more when I started my morning jogs so I will reach my target of lossing at least 5 kilos before the year ends. Good day mylotters.

Wow good for you. That's such an inspiring story for those like me who also try to lose some weight. It's such a nice feeling to figure out a safety and healthy diet routine that really works for you. Most of all, the discipline. Good luck to your journey!

i agree with you. Discipline is the keyword. Sometimes, I am thinking of buying something to eat but I refuse becuase I know it is too sweet and not good for me. Hope I can reach my goal.

One of my option is zumba too. I have already a cardio video exercise and hope this works. Let's stay positive and be healthy!

When you are happy with the results it gives you the extra motivation to continue, I find dieting hard, always have done, and would end up putting on more weight than I started, I would lose weight then because I denied myself of the things I liked to eat I would binge. For me I rely heavily on exercise, I go to the gym 3 times a week and work out for 90 minutes, then I can eat what I like, but in moderation. Keep up the excellent work. Remember to reward yourself for your results! That is important too.

Yes,, I have a cheat day where I can have what I want. But during the regular days, I tried to monitor and discipline myself from taking in what ever comes to my mind. Sometimes, excessive exercise is not good because it will not actually burn calories. According to what I read, it only but specific amount of calories. I have no time going to gym even I wanted to tone my muscles. I am currently doing push-ups and sit-ups at home. Home this will work.

Good to hear that your efforts are paying off. However, we are in an opposite dilemma as I wanted to gain weight rather than lose it. If only you can give me that extra pounds of yours eh? Just stay focused on your goal and you will surely meet them. Discipline and consistency is the key. Well, maybe that is the one that I am lacking that's why I can't gain that much weight.

I am really focused and might start jogging next week. It is really shivering outside this time because of the weather. I usually jog at 430am for 30 minutes or more. If I done this, I might loose more pounds. You might also consider your diet to gain weight.

Congrats, you have my admiration. The diet you describes sounds interesting, it may be worth a try although lots of walking is out for me. It must be quite difficult to decide when you are eating the right amount to move on to 5 small ones. I would be afraid of actually putting on weight. Do you follow some kind of instructions for this diet?

You may visit my blog and search for the keyword "weight-loss" there are some post there about weight loss. I also made post on what I am telling about replacing 3 regular meals with 5-6 small meals.

Yes, I drink lots of water because from what I read, it helps increase your metabolism up to 30% aside from hlping it in digestion and prevention from being constipated. furtehrmore, I know water is the only fluid that helps in cleansing our body cells.
