Do you have any collection? What is that and why?

Yes, I do. I collect several items though I don't spend much money on them. I love to collect because I find it very interesting and as well as relaxing when I play with them again. I used to collect chocolate wrappers .. all kinds, local and abroad chocolates. I used to wrap it to my notebooks. But then I stopped. I don't know why. I think I will bring it back. Another that I collect until now are stamps from different countries. I don't trade them or commercial use them. I just gather them and try to reserach what are the stories behind it. There are books about it but I don't have a budget to buy them so I just research from the net and re-type what I think is important about this stamp. I also collect mugs with different designs. Actually this mug collection doesn't have a specific theme at first but now, I buy a mug to every place I visit if available. It takes a lot of time and passion. But I plan to continue doing stamps and mugs collection. Maybe, I'll try the chocolate wrapper collection. It's colorful and fun.

The very first collection that I had was those Sanrio products which were a craze in the early 80's. My uncle's girlfriend bought me a lot of stuff like Hello Kitty, My Melody and Little Twin Hearts. I was really crazy with all of them. Then I started collecting stationeries. I love writing, so that is one reason why I collected then. When I was in College, I was fond of the pig figurines. I did spend a lot in buying those cute stuff. Then I started collecting angel figurines. I guess, I have outgrown them after several years. So now, my collection are bags and shoes!!!!! What girl does not love them , right?

I do collect currency from counties. I had this idea when i went to abroad and i often keep changes. Till now i have around 40 types of currencies and coins from different countries.

I collect but I don't spend money to buy it. What I collect are some things that are given to me and I learned to love them since I had noticed that it is piling up. There are many mugs around our house now from events that I went. It reminds me of the moments that happened during that day. I have a mug from our highschool batch reunion, mugs from the seminars in work that I had attended, mugs as souvenirs and I have just thought of it , I had both some because I just fancy them. I have some collection of buttons of clothes and patches too. I don't know why I have them. I just pile them up in my sewing kit and it is just lately that I found I have many of them already. Those come from our clothes. I think they are nice to look up when I see and touch them for they have different looks. I used to have a stamp collection. I don't buy it either but I got them from my mails and mails from my parents. Some of them are not only the stamps but also the envelopes and letters that I had. I used to be a member of a post stamps club. In stamp collecting, I like it more if the collectors acquire them not by buying it

I have a collection of notebooks and miniature houses. I am fascinated by them. I love writing and I design houses too. That is why. :-)

I have been collecting currencies for long.I remember collecting it from when i was in third grade.I started with few coins.I would exchange a few ones with friends and get new currencies or coins.We never thought of the values or forex values.Perhaps the young age was the reason.Seeing my interest, my dad bought a few currencies from local foreign exchange.The ones he got for me remains the biggest collection of currencies.I was lucky to add few more as i traveled across countries and from friends.Well,still i collect ones i get my chance on.I also ancient,colonial period coins and currencies.I still ask my friends and colleagues who travel to get me currencies of countires they have been,It has been fun collecting them.Well good to know your interest for collection.Well,i liked the idea of collecting snow globe types as well.Thanks!

I do collect little mermaid dolls and merchandise. Aside from the fact that I am fascinated by mermaids, I like Disney's The Little Mermaid specifically.
