Today is check day so after getting my money orders and paying a couple of bills I went to a local smoke shop to see about ecigarettes. The guy told me to just buy the basic one pack cigarette which costs less than a pack of cigarettes and will last as long as a pack and a half. If I like them I'll go for the extras. So far I'm likeing them to the point where I've washed all the ashtrays and put them away. I have a feeling this is going to work! Has anyone tried them? What was your experience? I can't wait to see how long I can go without a real cigarette.

Good on you, well done for trying to give up smoking it is great that you also want to quit smoking.Remember to put all the money that you save in not smoking in a jar and after a few weeks go and treat your self to some thing really nice as a reward.

I congratulate you in advance, first for trying and making this bold move, not everyone is as strong as you when it comes to quitting smoke. I should know because i'm having the same problem with my husband, i had been asking him to quit with it for many many years ago and i gave him an ultimatum. Last year 2012 in the month of November he told me that he would finally quit and true to his word, he really made an effort and i am very proud to say that since then he never touched a single stick. I never really forced it upon him i just let him decide for himself and its been 3 months since and he is very successful at it. So no doubt you can do it too.

Congratulations to your husband I was wary of these ecigs but this seems to be working great for me. I don't even want to smoke them...I'm ok.

Hi ctryhnny First of all All the best for your goal and secondly congratulations for taking your first step to quit smoke . I don't smoke so i don't have much idea about it but i hear from my friends that to leave smoke is very hard , they started while we were in college but still thy are trying to stop it but they keep on failing. Hardly they will stop for 1 or 2 hours and the next hour they will finish the quota of previous hours also. So once again All the best for your goal.
