Weight gain

Awts, As the days goes by I keep on gaining weight, what should I do now? I cant stop eating. I love to eat from 65 kilograms no I'm 75 kilograms. My figure doesn't look good. If this continues maybe I look like a sumo wrestler. My diet and exercise has no effects. I think should change it.

Are you really dieting and exercising? Because if you do those, you don't gain weight that fast. YOu have to avoid eating too much then or start on healthy food with that are low in calorie and fat. What kind of exercise do you do? If you are on weight training and muscle building, then of course, that will make you bulky and heavier because you are gaining more muscle. To lose weight, you need to do aerobic exercises, cardio exercises and live an active life style.

Yes, I do diet and exercise, but I think my diet is not effective need to change it. I do cardio exercise my goal is just to loss weight, just want to achieve my ideal body weight.

I also have a trouble with losing weight. You can try high fiber foods that are filling and they don't add to your weight. The kind of food you eat also matters, just small amounts of food might not always work for everyone.
