it is a nice ballet movie- with some romance, drama and comedy. i just love watching dance movies since it is usually good and fun to watch even if the story is predicable. The music is nice too. The characters here have a lot of variety- different personalities- so you can totally relate to at least one of them, even if you o not do ballet.

I have watched this movie a good few time. I do like it it's not my favorite but it's a good one to watch. I haven't seen the second one yet so I don't know if that one is as good as the first one or not.

Yes, it is not the very best dance/"follow your dream" type of movie- but it was an enjoyable watch, plus the soundtrack was great. 
I have not seen the second one- but i did read the synopsis. 
It seems nice, but very simple.. maybe the dances are great, since it is rated highly still.

I do enjoy the sound track. They did pick some good stuff to put on it.
