It is very simple. MyLot reward us for QUALITY participation in discussions and for 'normal website activity'. The earnings algorithm calculates each person's participation over 24 hours according to its quality and rewards them accordingly. Earnings are updated (usually) some time the following day.

Sir can you say how consider the 24 hours because last time when I worked at morning 10am according to Indian time then my money is include in last day payment.

It will result to deletion of your post and be deducted on your earnings. Every 24 hours earning updates. based on myLot time, found at the bottom of the page. It will occur mostly after 8am in myLot time (USA).
