Blood Glucose Test

I went to the hospital today for my blood glucose test, and man it made me so sick! The stuff I had to drink was super sweet (I knew it would be), and I spent the entire hour before I gave blood laying on a couch in the waiting room with such an upset stomach. Did anyone else have a bad reaction to this test? Or was it just me?

When I was pregnant with my daughter I nearly throw it up trying to drunk that stuff and yep I had a bit of a tummy ache after that and couldn't eat for a few hours after so and man did I have to pee as well. Now with my son when I was pregnant with him, that stuff tasted amazing to me. Didn't bother me one bit. I did have to pee a lot after having it but it wasn't to bad. It's different every time they do the test.

That's funny. I'd never met anyone else who felt ill. Everyone said it was gross but it didn't bother them. Pregnancy has suck a unique effect on peoples' bodies.

With my daughter drinking and eatings I was never too sure if it would make me feel kind of sick or not. With my son I was sick a lot at the beinging but he sured loved the stuff when I drank it he was bouncing all around having a good time like it was a coffee or something.
But it sure is funny how eating or drinking certain things when your pregnant has certain affects to your person body is in deed interesting to learn about.

i'ved experienced it. and the first time i had it is when i'm on my way with my eldest. it really made me sick and even made me vomit at their laboratory. then at my youngest. i already manage nmyself but was starved. lol. mothers really have to sacrifice for their baby's sake.
