There was a fight at workplace

There was a fight at my daytime job today. It was happening at another department, but I saw the fight when I pass the hallway, and I did stand there a bit to watch it. The leader, a lady pick on one of the worker at that department, and that particular worker just fed up with her bullsh't, he just fought back to defend and the whole matter bring up to their supervisor's attention. That actually was third time happen between the two of them, as one of the co - worker told me who also watching it. The supervisor try to resolve the situation, and telling them both of them if same matter happen again, they have to see the human resource manager to investigate it further.
That reminds me of my part - time job, that manager lady might pick on me from time to time; too bad, there is no human resource to solve the matter in the restaurant. As some members say it right, every place you work, there is a hateful person.

hi,
here in my work,its very often to happen having fighting or employee here,and if it happen the manager always there to stop them,actually they fighting each other because of their sales,and because they need to reach their quota they should be aggressive at all.

Kingparker I hope that you are fine. I get very anguished when I watch people fighting, I got a trauma when I was a small girl.
It´s very sad that some people don´t know how to manage their feelings. We should all know to leave peaceful between us.
And it´s true, where you work there´s always a hateful person. I just try to keep far away from her/him.

Yes, in most places that you work or go to school you will find that one person or a group of people who are mean and bullies. They are not happy in their lives so they take it out the people that are either working with them or in their classes. It is a shame that people can't just be nice and try to get along. Not everyone is going to like each other but learn to compromise. There were people I didn't like at work but I just stayed away from them. If I had to communicate with them it was short and sweet. If more people acted this way instead of picking a fight the world will be a better place.

In every workplace, hateful person is always present, sometimes it is because of job performance, assignments if not due to unreasonable rumors. The best way to avoid a fight with co-workers is to focus on work assignment and disregard rumors. You can't avoid hateful officemates to say nothing. To be friendly sometimes help a lot
