They Look Like Mini Beef Wellingtons!

I'm talking about my Mini Sausage Rolls.
The reason I say this is due to the fact I've used beef sausagemeat from sausages that I've taken the skins off.
The result is..Mini Beef Wellingtons!
To be honest, I've never eaten Beef Wellington and I don't think the pastry that's used in one is puff..but there again, perhaps I've invented a better version. I mean, who'd want a massive Beef Wellington on their plate?
Not me.
These are the ones left over by the way..

I want to know that too. I know the degrees, it's Alt0176, then release and you get one of these cuties °

The sausage meat would be hard to work with if the skins were left on, so the skins are taken off and the meat gets mixed in with salt, pepper and, in this case, onion granules!
Worked a treat!
