I like sweet food

I like sweet food,it is a bad habit,because my teech are hurt and become decayed teech. But when I see the beatiful cake and juice,I can't control myself,eat the sweet food let me fat,I should control myself.

I love sweets too.At the same time I take spicy food as well.In my country,India,there has been a tradition that sweets are enjoyed after eating spicy foods.I too do so.I take sweets after I have finished my food.Thereafter I brush my teeth properly.Perhaps I don't have any problem in my teeth.I think,you too should do so,because you know that sweets are harmful for dental health.Or,consult your dentist.He is the right person to take proper care of your teeth.

Thanks for your advice,my friend,I like eat sweet food after eat food.I know that is not a good habit,but I can't control myself. I had fill my teeth,and my teeth are painful sometimes,now I know I sould protect my teeth. I know I should brush my teeth after I eat food,but I can't brush my teeth each time,because I can't bring my toothbrush each time.

Then develope the habit of bringing your tooth brush with you.Brushing teeth properly after meals,and especially after having sweets is extremely necessary for dental health.And yes,don't forget consulting your dentist from time to time.

I know my teeth are very important,and I know my dental health are important,but my work place is to far from my home,I can't bring my bruth to my office room,if I bring brush to my office,my colleague will laugh at me.

I think if there were no consequences to eating too much sugar, everyone would undoubtedly be indulging themselves every single day! Unfortunately, too much sweet foods can lead to certain health problems like tooth decay, obesity and diabetes. For the record, I have a sweet tooth too and absolutely love sweet foods, but like most other people, I exercise moderation when I come to eating these foods. I choose less/no sugar options when I can, and limit my intake of overly sweet or sugary foods such as glazed donuts and cakes. Even though doing this comes at the cost of lesser taste, health is still the utmost priority.

Yes,too much sweet foods can lead to certain health problems like diabetes. My parents and my aunts have diabetes,they are very painful.I should contral my mouth to eat more sweet food. I know I am very fat,and I like drink water,maybe I have diabetes,but I havn't to check my body.I am thirsty when I face computer and eat sweet foods.I must drink lots of water everyday. You are right,health is the utmost priority.I need control my meal and eat habit.

hi, actually there is only sweet food that i like to eat,sometimes i like ice creams and cakes and sometimes i like chocolates,but most of the time i always looking for salty and sour taste because it will satisfy me much more rather than sweetened foods.

umh, after eating you can brush your teeth and drink more pure water..then i think there is no problem with your teeth. I don't like sweet food, since i need to drink much water later and brush teeth after eating...

sometime i will eat cake but if there have a discount, hahaha. I usually went to Tesco to find the discount cake and if the price is ok, then i would buy it. I definetily not buying expensive cake or juice.

It is not a bad habit to eat sweets, if your age is less than 30 years. After 30, you must control eating of sweets. because sweet can accumulate sugar in our blood and as such, we may be affected by diabetic disease.

I too love sweets a lot. I used to eat all kinds of chocolates, cakes, pastrie and dessert. The result was that I gained weight and there was cavity and decay of my teeth. I realized that it was high time I should check on it. For the last one month I have stopped consuming sweets. It's amazing to see improvement in my weight and oral health. Hope you do the sameg

If weight is too more,we should lose fat,pyhsical training can help us lose fat,if you like pyhsical training,you will know play is very interesting. We shouldn't eat more sweet food,because the sweet food has lots of sugar,which let us fat.

I like sweet food. But nowadays I try not to eat too sweet. I am getting older, so I have to pay more attention to my health. If your teeth are affected because of those sweet food, it is better that you cut down on the consumptions as well as cleaning your teeth thoroughly. You know that when you lose a tooth you lose it forever.

Hi, I also like to eat sweets. But I can't eat more sweet food at a time. I like to eat sweet after having lunch or dinner in very small quantity. Eating too much sweet is not good for health. The sweets generally contains fatty ingredients. so it adds to our body weight. Gaining more weight is very bad to our health. So eat sweets moderately.
