Penelope Soto was in a Miami Florida courtroom facing charges of drug possession. She is one stupid fool. First she is obnoxious saying she has tons of expensive jewelery when the judge is trying to figure out her fine. She refuses to give a guess on how much the stuff is worth so he tells her to sell it for the fine. If she had been polite and given him a low number, the fine would have been much less.
Dumb druggie that she is, makes a huge mistake and calls him a bad name as she is walking off. She has to come back and the fine is raised because you don't bad mouth a judge. .
Did she learn not to mess with a judge by having the fine is raised? NOOOO What do you think she does next? Then Penelope, being dumber than dirt, obviously has not learned and flips him of when he calls her back and he pronounces that she should spend a month locked up.
You would think she would kiss his hind end, bend over backwards trying to be a good girl to get a light sentence.

She was a disrespectful brat! I would have done the same thing if I was the judge, there was no reason for her to be so rude.
I think someone else is right, she just wanted her few minutes of fame...

I hope he gave her a huge wake up call. If she is a brat in jail, the inmates will pounce on her and beat her silly.

Maybe he should have sentenced her to a month in school instead of in bars. She won't learn any manners from other inmates!

Yes, but many times that only makes people more violent. I do hope it does teach her a lesson though.

You have a point, but she might learn that the other inmates will beat her pretty little rear if she mouths off to them. Respect is a huge thing in jail.

I wasn't sure who she is, whether some new singer or what, so I looked her up. Nope. She's just a stupid teen getting her fifteen minutes of "fame".

It happens often. Some people do not know that they can get in a lot more trouble for bad mouthing a judge. Have you ever seen that show with the people telling off the meter maids? Maybe I am mistaken, but I thought they had a badge as well. In some places, you cannot even tell off some government employees without getting a large fine or worse. Yet, visit the DMV there, and see how people behave.
