I was recalling that summertime when the weather was warm and sunny. I remember I enjoyed falling asleep in a hammock in my backyard. I would take a book with me, lay there reading it and soon I would fall asleep. It was a very pleasant experience - fresh air, gentle swinging of hammock and perfect silence. The sleep felt so good and refreshing.
However, I do have a couple of friends who can't sleep in a hammock, cause they somehow get sick from all this swinging. They also get sick on a ferry or on an airplane, so I guess it's has something to do with this motion sickness.
Anyway, I would like to hear a word from you - can you and do you like sleeping in a hammock or not?

Now that you mentioned it, I went down memory lane so to speak! It's been ages that I've never had the chance to sleep in one but I remember well, I'd lie there with my baby sister, I'd swing us gently so my sister will fall asleep , and while at it I hummed, sang my heart out, and believe me, I've had years doing that because I was the eldest I have five younger sisters. It was fun and really you get drowsy and eventually have a good sleep.

Such a sweet memory! It seems to me that you have been a very good brother for your sisters

I like laying down or being in a hammock but I don't think I will like sleeping on one. First of all, I am not too crazy about the swinging motion while I am laying down. It just makes me feel dizzy and quest on my tummy. Secondly, I don't feel comfortable enough to actually fall asleep in a hammock. But I do want to hang out on one sometimes especially during the summers and a slight breeze is blowing so I wouldn't broil.
