A lot of past things that we don't really know it.And its been done either bad or good to this world and it recorded in the Bible. The Jewish Bible is the story of a people struggling with the concept of monotheism...It tells both the good and bad things that the Jewish people did on their long journey to their belief in the one true Creator. The christian bible is made up of books written by folks who consider the christ figure their pathway to their Creator. Two very unrelated books of faith....

The Christian Bible is also monotheistic when it comes to God. Just to inform you that the New Testament cannot exist without the Old Testament, because it is where the prophecies were fulfilled (i.e. the coming of the Messiah). I assume that the Jewish/Hebrew Bible you're referring to is no other than the Tanakh or Old Testament, and the Christian Bible contains the Old Testament. I don't see you have any solid basis in telling that the two are very unrelated books of faith.

Adoniah, no matter how you deny the Christian Bible (not mormon nor Jehova's witnesses Bible), it remains true and faithful and infallible. Lay your the foundation of your argument base on facts not on self-imposed or borrowed presuppositions.

hi there! i would agree with you on this, although many people would say that the bible is just a book written by people themselves, adn that many has been taken out of it and it is not even the complete version - i still believe in my heart to the authenticity of the bible - that it is the book that was written by God, that this book is what we all need and it is the book that should guide us in our lives, it is enough, more than what we could ask for. The bible talks about love, family, faith, friendship, rightfulness, integrity, how we should be, how to be successful, how to treat our neighow to honor our friends, how to be the best person. and so on.

You might want to refer to a Bible version. Not all Bible versions agree with each other.

Though I don't agree that all things are recorded in the bible, I have to agree with you that we are one in believing in what is written in the Bible. Unfortunately, not all christian think the same way. We have different beliefs and those beliefs were influence and depend on which church we go to. Even Christians are divided, sad to hear but true. And true that although the Bible was written by men, I think it's special because these men were inspired by the Holy Spirit to write the Bible. God revealed to them these knowledge so they could write the bible.

To the title, no. To 'G*d knowing everything,' okay. To all of it being in the Bible, no way. All that we know from the Bible is the Gospel---something like 'that G*d is among us as The Christ (the Anointed One & His Anointing).' Whatever-else people take out of it---they can have that stuff, so long as it stays the way out of the Gospel.

Which Bible are you referring to? There are many Bible versions of this time and each of them have differences with each other. If "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" as what 2 Timothy 3:16 says, then there must be at least one among those versions (existing today) to be infallible. So what Bible version are you referring to?

I like it when you said that the Bible is true and there is nothing to debate about it. We cannot contest the Word of God, we cannot bury the truth of the Word of God and we cannot hinder the accomplishment of the will of God written in His Words. I am a Christian and I treasure the Bible as the basis of my life, practice and belief.

I agree. The saga about Jesus is true.So is the Ramayana and the Mahabharata.I am a Hindu from India. The Bible is inspired by God Himself. So are our,us Hindu's Vedas.People are told that the Ramayana and the Mahabharata are just myths and that Lord ShriRama and Lord ShriKrishna are mythical characters.I disagree with them.Rama and Krishna are historical characters. There was a time when they existed.Proofs of their existance are scattered all over our country. So is the Bible.I fully agree with you.
