want to loose weight

it is very hectic to reduce weight .it is indeed a great problem. i had done everything to reduce weight. i had done almost everything like yogas, aerobics, gyming, walking, jogging....even i have eaten medicines and tried sauna belts also...i reduce weight for some time but then after again i gain up weight...please suggest me what should i do???????

I am trying to reduce my weight . I am going to walking daily . Walking is a good exercise

i respect your opinion ..but i think so walking has nothing to do with the reduction of weight..it is done so as to remain fit according to me..
