i heard we can earn from webanswers.com . so i tried to create an account. But they rejected my account . anyone know what is the reason.

You might Violated any of the TOS should check first the FAQ and TOS before you sign up for any accounts. read first before signing up.. and will signing up please read the TOS because that is the important thing for the safety of your account..

Emanrave is right. You did not read the Member Agreement before you tried to sign up. If you had, you would have realised that you cannot create an account there because you live in India.

Webanswers is a legit site- but I think that time you can spend on the site, it will be better if you spend the time on myLot. Although it is my own opinion. May be I am wrong or not.

I am sorry you are not able to sight up, for this site because of the country you live in, there is no way around this,I am sure you will find sites online, that will accept your country.
