why does the moon float? or does it really float? Isaac Newton said that the moon isn't floating rather falling. The moon and other heavenly bodies like planets and satellites are evolve and revolve because they are falling and this is called "free fall". Hahaha, sounds weird. But I am just really curious about it and I didn't know the answer until I watched Dr. Michio Kaku's discussion entitled "The Unibverse in a Nutshell". It really amazed me but, I am not sure if Newton is right. I don't know. Nobody knows.
