Going to work on Sunday just for repaired fax machines.....

Good morning friends.
Monday again and start of work for the week again.
Our boss came early in the office today.She came just few minutes after the office was opened and noticed the repaired fax machines was already here.She asked if when it was delivered, if it was last Saturday since we were here for overtime.We can't tell her since we didn't received delivery last Saturday and there's even no any delivery at all.
Then the one in-charge arrived and told our boss that it was delivered yesterday,Sunday.Our boss, even us,wondered and asked why did it have to delivered during Sunday the fact the we don't have office during weekend.He said that the repairman send him a text message about it and he couldn't bring it here during weekdays.
Would you exert an effort going to office on Sunday just to received repaired fax machines?
You will traveled more than an hour for it and just received it for just about ten minutes?
Is this too much dedication to work?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation very well and i know u must be feeling weird going to your office on Sundays and that too just for a silly work but as your boss had instructed u have to do it so just take it just another work and complete it and i am sure u wont feel bad about it.

Well for me it is really weird to go to office on Sunday just for that and my boss even felt that way. I just dont know what's his explanation about that matter. For me, I would insist to bring that fax machines in the office during workdays rather than Sunday cause its the right thing to do.
