i was eating a lot of dimsum and siomai

Yesterday i felt like buying some of those siomai. I like the sharkfin kind of siomai. so I ate four pieces on the stalls inside the MRT. Anyway then I met two friends and then we had eaten also some siomai but this time only pork is available. Its located outside the internet cafe. I I had two orders for myself without rice while they had one order each with rice. I'm avoiding rice because of my diet. Anyway i had enough oily and fatty food yesterday so I would not eat any meat for another except fish and chicken. I was worried if I would gain weight because of what I ate yesterday.

I don't think that what you ate in a single day will increase your weight.
You might be on a low carb diet but siomai is fatty, oily and not healthy. It's no good a diet either even without rice.
So if you want to lose weight and be healthy, choose healthy foods. Avoiding carbs won't be enough.

It's surely contains a lot of fat. So I would definitely going to eliminate them on my diet. I would actually buy some chicken so I can grill them later without the skin and fat.

Yes and some exercise would help you deal with burning fat too. ^_^

Your mom a great cook. Maybe i should make my own so it would be more healthy. Maybe i can do fish or chicken dimsum although I don't know if there's such kind of siomai
