how to disable mywebrowser totally --- mess me a lot, grrr

hello everyone, please help on how to disable mywebrowser popup window totally. it is really an eyesore for me; it means no help and purpose so that is why i need to disable and if possible remove this from the system of my computer. your vices are needed and counted, thanks much in advance

what you mean by mywebbrowser actually? is it an application or any extension you download please spesified with some picture

so i attached file i downloaded in the internet. i am not sure if it is an extension or if it is a software. glad you answered, thanks for participating :)

Try to uninstall it from control panels add or remove programs. I've ever used the program before, but I think I don't need it, so I uninstall it. I see you don't need the program too, so just uninstall it.
