I always wonder what the choir sounded like as they sang at the Temple of Solomon. Do you have any idea? Will be it like a heavenly and majestic hymn? Or those kind of Hillsong? Or those kind of Hossana! Music?

The choir would be made up of men as the ancient Israelis were male oriented...Women sang of course, but only in the women's area of the Temple. Which by the way is the only area of the Temple left...Today's "Wailing Wall" is actually part of the Women's Court of the ancient Temple. Remember that they were Jews...They would most likely chant not sing songs like christians do...They would chant the parts of the TANAKH which would include the psalms.

Hmmn that is interesting note. A lot of times "sing" was mentioned in the OT. So that means they were just chanting? I never knew that Jews dont sing.. Thats an added info for me, thanks.

No, you asked about the Temple...That would be religious...Jews did of course sing outside of the Temple...
