My granddaughter and some of her friends make money by having a sidewalk sale. They do all sorts of creative things on different occassions. Sometimes they sell their handmade crafts and seem to mke a lot of money. Other times, they have a bake sell. they make homemade cookies and make money that way. My granddaughter made $15.00 one afternoon by selling chocolate chip cookies. If you have any other ideas, I'd like to know about them.

Occasional items can be good also but food are the best things to consider because people are always in need of food. Another tip when you are into selling, "As much as possible, never say you don't have a thing they are looking for." Have a nice day!

I agree. Food items will always be needed, as everyone eats. But seasonal items come and go depending on the current fad or craze. Of course that doesn't mean that they cannot take advantage of such events. Like for Valentine's, they can make some heart-shaped chocolates or cookies or cakes. For regular "normal" days they can still bake their cookies.

Yes, I agree with that raine. Having variety of items can be of big help to make our business runs well. Don't forget to include cellphone loads as people will always be looking for this thing. Have a nice day!
