Have you ever written one? I wrote a couple of it before but this is one genre that I find hard to write since you have to know the person who died and his or her relationship with the person who will deliver the eulogy. A friend/client called and asked me to write a eulogy to be delivered by her daughter for her grandmother who just died. Well of course, this is one of my loyal clients and so I accepted the task with little or no knowledge at all about the deceased who is her mother-in-law and how her relationship was with her granddaughter. Anyway, i think the best thing that I can do is write in general terms. I will use generic descriptions so I don't make too many false statements. I also notice that some eulogies are sentimental they make the attendees weep. I wonder if this is good? How about you? Have you ever delivered a eulogy? How was it?
