I'm having difficulty trimming my tummy.

I know I've lost weight already. I feel that I again fitted my clothes. However, my tummy is still a little bloated and I've been doing zumba to hone it. Until now, I don't noticed any changes yet. Any tips on how I can trim my tummy? My legs and arms are already trimmed and has already returned to my preferred size.

Hi I too face the same problem not able loose the fat/weight from tummy area. Hope get some good tips here. I checked the link given above but its not in English.

Hello. No responses yet for this discussion question. I think exercising is the most effective approach but it is soooo difficult. I don't know if the tummy trimmer band can help.

Maintaining a healthy diet and performing regular physical exercises are two of the best methods in order to reduce weight. If you don't want to exert much time doing physical activities, I've watched some devices which you can wrap around your midsection to firm and tone your abs. I think there is one device called Flex Belt intended for people who do not want to do exhausting physical exercises but wanted to have a great looking midsection. But after all that has been said, I still believe that physical exercises is the best way.
