What are the important uses of eating sea foods like fishes, frowns?

I heard that eating fish is very delicious and tasty to maximum extent.
My family members are very fond of eating fishes of fresh from ponds.
But i never used to taste them at all till my childhood because inside thorns.
Is there any technique to remove all the thorns from flesh of fishes?...
It is very easy to separate a vertical straight thorn from fish body
Always a different smell comes out of it while dressing them?....
Are there any odorless fishes in this world?.....
How many types of fishes that are useful for eating purpose more?
What are important benefits by eating sea foods other than fishes?....
Is it advisable to feed my kids fish items daily?.....

hmmm they are so delicious... only some people are allergic to these seafoods. they are also expensive food. Odorless fish? hmmmm.. I am not sure I will research for you... (i did not find one)
I love sea foods by the way. it is just that if it they are not fresh anymore as in fresh from the pond, I would surely itch and painful stomach. But I just drink coke for the pain and antihistamine tablet for the itch. then I can enjoy them already. yeepeeeeeeeeee

gamyam the use oi fresh seafood is for healthy skin and heart and all over good health. they are good sources of proteins too What are frowns do you mean prawns or shrimp they are also good for us to eat. Fish are excellent to feed children as they are high in nutrition and protein and very low in fat too.I especially love shrimp scampi thats easy to fix and very delicious.

Seafoods are a rich source of iodine which orevent you from having thyroid diseases. All fish and other seafood do have that distinct smell. To get rid of that , use ginger in cooking them. I am not sure how many kind of fish are really edible. It is good to feed your kids fish because it does not contain fat as much as those found in pork, chicken and beef.
