There are several ways to get rid of them. As said above the hot water and scrub them out. You can also squeeze them out too after a hot shower.
Once they're out they're out but need to prevent them. Black heads are dirt and oil that get stuck in enlarged pores. So need to make those pores smaller so the dirt and oil don't start another black head.
There are facial conditioners that help reduce the pores (sea breeze). A good porous facial scrub helps too. There is always the good stand by of a mud mask/pore reducer.
If she's starting this early, she might be in for the long haul once she gets into her mid teems. That or she might have to learn a good cleansing routine so her skin stays healthier through her teen years. My daughter had a battle with them and it was easy enough to get rid of them, but she really had to take care of her skin to prevent them.

Congratulations, your little one is showing the first signs of puberty...
Black heads are the result of oil and dirt accumulating in the pores of the skin. Putting your face over steaming water or soaking a towel with the hottest water you can stand and applying it to the black head area, will open up the pores and allow you to then scrub the black heads out. This usually takes daily attention if the child has very oily skin...

Well, your kid is going through stages of puberty and at that age, it's going to be staying for a looong time. But I think the secret to it is good hygiene, just have her wash her face with a good facial cleanser that will suit her skin every night before going to sleep as having a clean face at night helps. Also washing the face in the morning is good habit too, it helps with the blackheads as well has pimples too.

These are accumulated dirt accompanied with the oil produced by the sebaceous glands. Try giving her a steam facial. Pour hot water on a bowl and let her face it until the steam reaches her face. This should soften it and then wash with an antibacterial soap. Make use of a fine sponge and use it cleaning the face.

cause of blackheads it because you have an open pores in your face, and it usually arise in the age of teenagers, some of them use chemicals such as cream and soap to remove but not advisable because their skin that age are still sensitive so its better when they will use natural way to remove and prevent them.
