spent half of what I earned yesterday on facials, body massage and food..

I am not regretting it though. Yesterday I just decided to go to a spa and have a facial and body massage. The 10-year-old kid also had a facial because of her blackheads, but before this we went to a 5-star resto and ate a lot. Boy, what was I thinking? That money grew on trees?
I just forgot about the morrow and spent and spent without thinking. I even bought myself another set of earrings.
Oh my. That is why I will never get rich because when I have money, no matter how little, I don't deprive myself of what I want. I throw caution to the winds and spend on stuff when I want to. I know that this is not good and that I should really start saving but what can I do, this just happens without much ado. I have no regrets though. I love facials and body massage. I just hope I still have money coming in tomorrow or the days to come.

We tend to overspend if we know that we have something to spend on little things and more. That is one reason why I do not transfer my online earnings to my local bank as soon as I receive them in my Paypal account. Well, I am not worried of spending it in buying my personal stuff coz I have tamed on my shopping addiction. But the money that I usually get hold on to usually goes to food. And my kids just love eating. Ans I am guilty for giving them more than enough sometimes.
But last valentine's day, I just had a date with my youngest son and it was worth it.

Hahaha! It really isn't hard once you become a mother. You'd learn to be selfless
. Sometimes I stop and think if I have completely forbotten about myself. But realuzed that I'm still intact. I still need my lipstick before getting out of tbe house. And that is a must for me!

Sometime we need to learn to spend our hard earned money so we can be motivated to earn more. There's no harm to pamper yourself once in a while. It is healthy (even if you think it is not healthy for you, think of the economy).
There is no point earning all the money in the world yet not being able to enjoy what you earn. Yes, don't regret it. Just work harder now, so you can pamper yourself more the next time.

It's all very well saving up for tomorrow and putting money by, but no one knows what's around the corner, and how many tomorrows we have left, sometimes we need to treat ourselves, spoil ourselves occasionally, what's the point in saving every penny or cent and then tomorrow we get run over and killed? Money is no use to us then, why not get the pleasure out of today. I am sure you are not the kind of person who goes absolutely mad and splashes out every single day! Once in a while sure, otherwise what's the point in living if you can't enjoy yourself?

As long as you don't do this often and you still prioritize the basic necessities then its alright. You cannot buy happiness, and most especially the moments you spend with your little one. They will not remain kids forever. I just wish I also had a day like yours, lol! I feel so unproductive today.

If you got facials and body massage and still spent just half of your earning of just a single day then its quite surprising for most of us. It looks liek either you are earning little too much of the facials and body massage cost you very cheap.

Treating yourself every now and then is fine specially when you worked so hard., but if you do it every payday you will not be able to save for your future.. I know we work because we want to do or buy we want but we should also think ofour future,. If you can why not try to save even a little amount from your salary every payday..

It great that you have the fun doing thing you like but somehow when you say tommorrow never promised the same earning that make me fear of. It not that I want to critic or something like that but as a friend I would like to suggest you about saving the money for tommorrow in case hard time hit you. while it easy to advice other but to take it into real action maybe difficult for you and me too, if I get addictive so I think you need a plan to hold back the desire to spend.
