How many times to have eating daily for healthy status everybody?....

I usually takes food daily three to four times. But sometimes i take only two times. My child always takes nearly four to five times per day. Now i want to know a clarity bit of having input for food for every day every human being in this world. And what type of food to be taken for good healthy. Milk or curd....Which one is the better for children in the mornings? Is it advisable to take curd before going to bed?...

i eat four times a day because i love eating specially when i am stress at work. milk is best for kids because it is nutritious.

I believe frequent small meals are better for you than infrequent large ones.

We take three meals and one fruit everyday. Meals are to keep ourselves away from hunger and fruits to make sure taking in enough vitamin. In fact, we do not think about energy, so usually we take in more than our body really needed. I think having food is a happy things, if consider too much about health, we may lose the happiness of having good food.

Normally, every individual should eat 3 times a day. That is why we have 3 known meals everyday. Namely: breakfast, lunch and supper. Some people do have 3 snack, morning, afternoon and midnight.

Yeah 3 is the magic number but indeed for kids much milk to aid in beneficial growth. Also fruits and vegetables to stay healthy and in decent shape

I think morning, noon and night are 3 important timings in the matter of food and health. Certainly age and job are important factors to decide these timings as well as quality and quantity of foods. We have to consider season too to avoid or accept some kind of food items.

Ideally, 3 times a day is great. But kids could really be hungry due to being hyperactive. So, you can feed your kid with fruits and other healthy snacks. Well, growing kids need milk as much as they can. So a glass of milk in the morning and before going to bed will be really beneficial.
