A mom's job is a lot of work. And I really do take time to give myself some quality time alone to recharge myself. The things to be done just seem to be endless and so having the strength to do all of them is a must.

Yes, I think we all need a "Mental Health" day..I use to take them often while I was working because I felt it was a must to keep my sanity... Now that I am totally crazy, and unemployed Im jutified to have a mental health day every day...LOL

the body needs a break, we push it too hard at times, its just good to once in a while to shut down those machines running our various body parts by taking a lazy day.

Oh yes. Sometimes even more lazy days than hardworking days. Even if it is just right in the comforts of our own home, I make it a point to relax if I feel like I am already on the brink of passing out due to exhaustion from all the things that I did that day. I will curl up in our bed or in my favorite couch with my favorite cold drink and book. Or I will start watching Netflix and wait for my body to be re-energized.

I need a lot of time when my laziness comes from my body and my mind. I feel on that time I want a big nap and I dont want any people or even a disaster bother me. or else somethings happen =)

Yes I do reward myself with some rest and possibly sleep if I am tired. I am basically not really an energetic person, I can get tired easily and sometimes get stressed out for nothing. However, I really pay attention to rest as it really helps me get my good mood back and of course my energy will bounce back after a good sleep. Overall I am not a morning person and I often sleep late and then wake up late in the morning. I am often wide awake during 8:00 - 12:00 a.m.

I try to. This afternoon I will be taking a nap. I have a test that coming up that I have been trying to study for so it has made me really tired. I hope that when I get some rest I will feel refreshed as well.
