Have you tried to eat some hangging rice? It is only found in Cebu. / myLot

I bet you would like it,as it is the same rice you could consume when having lunch or dinner.The only problem here is that it can only be bought in our province of Cebu,or anywhere in the Visayas areas of the country.You can see this kind of rice preparations in beaches,where people prefers it when they are having their lunch time or when they are having some night swims and enjoy their dinner afterwards.I am very sure you would like it as the breeze of the sea could make your belly grab for more hanging rice to consume.Enjoy the fun!!!!

I only eat the traditional, normal white rice. I have tried brown rice but that's it. I haven't heard of this kind of rice before. What's in it tha makes it different and only available in Cebu?

It is only available at the beach resorts there,and some buy it in the wet market together with some friend longanesa,or fried baby shrimps.The duo of these combo food makes it unusual,as it only not makes you beg for more hanging rice,with the fresh breeze of the sea air.You would really enjoy your swimming in the beach also. The white sand beach,the lechon pig,the tihi-tihi just displayed in the area surrounding the resort.You would really enjoy your stay in the place.
