'm so used to drinking instant coffee for breakfast. i have a favorite local brand here in my country. its instant and its flavored with brown sugar and every time i take a sip i say "yummy" just like in the commercial :) this month of February my sister who is now living in the U.S sent me an old fashioned percolator together with a big jar of coffee. i was so excited to use my old fashioned percolator cause it brought back memories of my childhood watching my father brew coffee. my first attempt to brew coffee was a disaster. only the smell was perfect cause i just love the smell of brewed coffee. i have been trying to make the perfect brewed coffee for how many days now but every attempt failed. this morning i went back to drinking instant coffee cause i did not want to waste anymore my coffee for brewing. i need help:( how do you make your perfect brewed coffee???

hehehe :) don't be too happy, I'm waiting for you to learn so you can teach me :P I think it doesn't have a standard method....It maybe depending on the individual's taste we can decide the quantity. Maybe the quantity prescribed in the packet didn't work for you, you may change it until you like the taste. Once you get it right, you will feel it worth the experimentation and wastage :D

Traditional things made with a lot of effort, are to my liking. At times, we might not possess enough patience to make things that take time, and instead take the make it quick formula. Still, these things are worth trying for.
