Are they not just satisfied doing their job? why need to be an interloper... :/

Good day Fellow Mylotters,
It seems like those people who has an interloper attitude cannot really be avoided in an office environment. Hence, those people always wants to be updated on whatever issues the office has. It's like they want to be informed from those things starting from confidential ones down to non-confidential And whenever I do meet this type of person it somehow pissed me off. Because they tend to dig out and read information from those pertinent documents. And not only that, they sometimes ask and throw some questions which are not their business anymore. Why those people cannot just be satisfied doing their job. Why they need to scrutinize things which are not under their scope. It really gets on my nerve.

that kind of attitude is really absurd. and it really annoys me whenever i meet people having this kind of attitude.

Many times I feel, they just need to feel needed, feel like the boss and the know it alls. They feel that their importance increases by the amount they know of other people's business. Sometimes it is just to get other people down so that their position remains secure. Lets say one must just be careful where such people are concerned.

Some people just want to be nosy all the time. It is as if their life would end if they do not find out anything that could be intriguing to them.

yes you are right that we can not really avoid those kind of people,and even how secret it is people having this kind of attitude will really spread that to other employee and co-worker in the office,i think those kind of people wanted to be updated only on what's going on inside the office.
