how do you release pain and stress

i just finish my work and found out i got the pain in my hand, leg, and body. so i got the question how do you release the pain and stress in the body?

Meditation relaxes not just the mind but body too. Pain and stress both can be handled by meditation. Slowly relax each part of your body, take deep breaths and calm your mind. You will slowly feel sleepy and relaxed.

Hi tan! Have some fresh air and take a walk in the woods.I strongly recommand that you lay down in beath and listen to ocean if you lived in a seaside city.But there are still plenty ways to release pain and stress if you don't.For me, go to bed and have a 10 hours sleeping is the best!

if this happens to me, i go home and take warm shower. afterwards, i eat dinner with my wife and have a good and heart-to-heart conversation with her. these things reinvigorate me and release my physical pain and stress. there is no place better than to unload all my burdens at home. that is where i become who i am without any pretensions.

i can't have the idea like that, i went to work and my brother is my boss and that suck. went back home not heart to heart with anyone except release it in mylot, that is such a idiot, right?

l play tabletennis daily and walk to keep myself fit and being saved from such things. You should start playing some game. Where you will improve your health and mind. As physical games helps in improving mind power and creativity and keeps one fit too.

The more I feel pain the more I move that part of my body... though its painful but it can also help to lessen the pain and prevent it from being stiff. Exercise help us to have a good circulation of blood in our body so I suggest you do it. With a good circulation of blood in our body it help us to prevent having cramps... Hai friend.. It is natural that the pain of body.If we are working hard, The body will get pain and some uncomfortable feeling.You can take rest as soon as you can. Sleeping is a good method of peel off your tiredness.You can make a massage on the body.Then the pain will move up to a limit.Thank you..

It seems that you have been working and this is making yourself tired. Well, some of the best way to release pain and stress is a massage. You can search for good massage center and get a good massage. Massage has been known to promote health, accelerate blood flow and release stress, you might find one useful. Other than that, you can go for a swim or bath and have a good night sleep afterward. It works for quite a number of people and it is quite cheap or rather free.

I have lots of different stress balls beside me. I love looking at them and because I work with my computer the whole day, my fingers are getting stiff and stress balls work wonders for me. I also have those massage thingy on my feet. With regards with stress, I find looking at water relaxing. So I put an aquarium where I can see all the fishes swimming. I am a work from home so I can design my office in a way I want it to be.

hey greenthumb018 , that is super cool you can work at your home. you have the money machine and system that generting money. actuslly I would sit outside and let the wind blow my body and face, it kind of release.
