stuffed flank steak

I made stuffed flank steak for dinner tonight... I hope it turns out good. Its a new recipe I've never made before. My husband I were craving red meat so this is what we are going to have.

It looks pretty easy to make, and the pictures look fantastic. I'm going to have to try that one sometime, too.

I'm not too much into beef. I just put a slab of pork baby back ribs in the oven slathered with some honey bbq sauce. We'll have that with some black-eyed peas. I cook enough to share with my neighbor who is disabled and doesn't get good hot meals unless someone else cooks it. She'd be having frozen pancakes or some kind of sandwich otherwise.

Mmm, steak. Now I know what I want for dinner. 
But that kind of dinner will not be happening anytime soon because we already have plans for the whole week for all the meals. Planning ahead saves us some money and the trouble of trying to figure out what to prepare. Next week, I will be suggesting some steak.
