within the USA Borders...The bill was called the FAA Modernization Act of 2012. It was written to modernize aviation laws and to immediately integrate unmanned drone aircraft. The FAA is encouraging local and state governments and universities to compete for test site locations...This needs to be done in time for the 2015 full implementation of drones... The FAA had already approved of 106 drone sites for state and local entities to operate domestic drones...( I kept telling everyone that this was going on...we have been watching them over head for 2 years) Right now their scope is limited in size and travel distances, but as of 2015, the sky will be the limit. The obamderthal will not have to just shoot Americans with drones in the east anymore...He will be able to do it out the backdoor...

He really wants to become a dictator. The question is will the voters and the liberal Democrats really let it happen. If they wait to long, then the drones will get them if they protest it.

This was definitely NOT a "liberal Democrat" bill: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/votes/112-2012/s15 http://www.govtrack.us/congress/votes/112-2012/h33 Actually, the bill was written and introduced by Rep. John Mica, a REPUBLICAN from Florida and passed both the House and Senate easily. In the House it got nearly unanimous support from the GOP with only a few Democrats voting for it but in the Senate it was fairly evenly split but passed by a large margin. Annie

I read in the newspapers in Wyoming that drones are being used by several government agencies out there. The drones fly over the parks and government ground observing the animals. So drones are already being used.
