I was reading an article yesterday and saw a picture of Boy George. I was shocked at how much weight he has lost since the last time I saw a picture of him! Look at the picture and see what a difference! It's like night and day. He says he has lost the weight by following Amelia Freer's Freer Nutrition plan. He Tweeted that he has "5 hour gaps between meals. No coffee or tea, except at meals. Water & fizzy water between meals! No bread, sugar!". He has been eating healthy meals such as "spicy broccoli cheese" for lunch and "Cannelloni bean & veggie curry." Well, I have to say that it has worked for him. I think maybe I should look into this. I do know for myself that if I cut out the bread, sugar, and carbs I would probably lose that much weight too! Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

Wow! I used to love Culture Club back in the days. I hadn't kept up with Boy George in recent years and I hadn't even realized he gained that much weight - woh!! But good for him for losing a bunch of it . . . he looks just like where he was back in the 80's (almost!).

That is right, if carbs and bread, sugar and oil is out of your diet everything comes to it's place. Even i am trying to cut out Carbs from my diet but it is difficult for me as i feel more hungry when i just eat proteins. I don't know this is in sane but yes it is. I know my friend lost around 35 kg just by following a proper diet plan. I am finding it so difficult to do but i really want to cut out my sick fats

I wish I had someone to cook yum healthy food for me. I tend to stick to the familiar foods and dishes. Then again, cheese? Also, we need to eat some carbs as part of a balanced food plan. I wish I could cut down on sugar but I seem to have become addicted to it over the last decade.

He definitely does look a lot healthier in his thinner self than he did in his more plump self. That said, I've never heard of this particular diet that he has been following, but some of the things that you've mentioned definitely are aspects that I believe would do us all a lot of good. I think that cutting out sugar and many carbs from our diets are the two most important things that we should do if we really do want to lose a lot of weight.

Eating healthier is always an option that works for weight loss. I would have a hard time totally giving up bread! But eating veggies is something easy for me to do....good for Boy George!
