I don't understand why either Steffy or Hope would want him. He was actually going to let Brooke and Hope and the priest pressure him into to marrying Hope although he had promised Steffy he would not make a decision until the next day. And the priest appears to be most interested in keeping his record of 100% couples he has wedded staying together than in what is best. Also, if his ceremony in Italy wasn't legal in the U.S. why would it be if he performed it in the U.S.; does he even have a license to perform weddings in the U.S. I'm so glad Steffy got there in time and told him she is pregnant.

What a tangled web Steffy, Hope and Liam are making of their lives. You never know what is coming next. Liam does not seem to be as strong as the two women he is involved with. He really needs to take a stand and make a choice.

Any ceremony on wedding engagement is not legal if it was not registered on the register of deeds or the equivalent in any nations. To be legal in one nation doesn't mean it is legal all through, with exceptions if both countries involved in your wedding was with a bilateral agreement concerning the matter.
