Maintaining healthy

Health is a very important thing in life. I can do my daily activities when I am in good health. However, I am concerned in my health, because I do not have enough sleep every day. What diseases can arise from lack of sleep? How do you maintain your health?

ok well it can do harm if your not at rest your body needs it if you cant sleep atleast close your eyes for 30 minutes at a time

Lack of sleep will make the body weak, easily stressed, arising eye bags, and premature aging. Take time to sleep even if you are very busy, so that health is maintained.

I am not really sure about the sickness, but lack of sleep can definitely mess up with your immune system. And once your immune system gets weaker and weaker, you will be very vulnerable to communicable diseases, like common colds. Our body also repairs the muscles and tissues during sleep so if you are not getting enough of it, you are not giving your body enough time to repair itself. So when you wake up, you still feel tired instead of re-energized.
