Working time needs time to work it out....

I am working with different shift every week, and my husbands works in advertising company that consumes his almost 24/7 working. During the time I got home, he is usually at work and I have to take a rest to be prepared for my next shift. When he got the chance to go home, I'm at work while he sleeps. I really like for us to have a good quality bonding time together but our work schedule won't allow us. Lately , we started having petty arguments blaming one another about "who's not giving time to who."He is asking me to quit my job, but I simply won't allow it. As a female partner in life, would you give up your work for you loved one even though your work means everything to you?

well while todays life requires us to both husband and wife to have a job just to make ends meet some times we have to make changes this is not saying quite your job and stay at home but maybe while your working you can find a new job that will allow you to be home when your spouse is that way your can have the bonding that you need

I will not give up my job, but I will make a compromise. My husband is doing really well in his work, and he earns more than I do so I guess I will have to sacrifice shorter working hours in my job. He is worth it. And as for money, I can always earn it, but my time with my husband is something that we can gain back.
