Question about mylot task system

After completing several tasks in mylot, I want to creat some of my own, too. However, I am not sure how the reward system go. Does the money of reward come from my mylot earning balance or other web money(ex. paypal)? If it goes the way as the first one, it is quite easy for me. If it goes the way of paypal, I should go sign up one now.
Another question is that can we comment tasks? Some of tasks are not as easy as task creator describes, and sometimes I want to post a clearer way to finish this task but find no way out! It is just because I haven't figure it out, or we should suggest mylot adding this function into task system.

You must fund tasks from your PayPal account before you can post them. There is NO way of using your current earnings from MyLot until you have actually been paid (to PayPal) because "All amounts are estimates and are subject to change until final payments are made."

Once you have accepted a task, it should be automatically possible to send a PM to the Task Creator without him/her being on your Friends list.
