I just stared at my eyes after sleeping so late for a few nights and it looked awful.. There were not many nerves, but it was the color- they looked tired and the color was mixed, dirty white, bit yellow and also some red... i was quite scared, but then i still have to finish all my school works. Does anyone know of an effective way to bring back the normal eyes? I do try my best to eat foods rich in vitamin a too- but i guess i lack rest.

Try using some eyedrops to refresh your eyes. Obviously your eyes are still tired. Do it 3x a day and you will see the difference.

You need to have enough sleep and rest, as you have said because of school works that needs to be finish, you have been sleeping late for a few nights. The best you could do is, have a nap whenever you have the time.A quick nap will lessen the tiredness of your eyes and it's also a kind of energizing yourself. If the redness still continues, I think you should consult a doctor.

Hi, if you still have red eyes then try to keep rose pack on the eyes for 15 min. (cotton strip dipped in roes water) it will give lot of relief. If you do not have rose water at home try getting cucumber slice on eyes, if the problem still keep on going visit a doctor and forget the school work.. eyes are very sensitive organ of our body, so take care.

Our eye Doctor advises us to use a clean cloth soaked in hot water, as hot as you can stand and press this against your closed eyes until it cools, do this two or three times a day. What it does is improve the circulation in your eyes. I do this each day and it helps.

Hi there I just recovered from a sore eyes and it was really itchy, sore and red.I tried resting my eyes and I put on some hot compress to ease the swelling and then I applied anti bacterial eye drops.I tried not to sit in front of my computer for days because we are suspecting that it is one of the cause of my eye redness.Try to get enough sleep and take a shower sometimes the heat of the weather triggers your eye redness try to apply eye drop to cleanse the eye area.and don't rub it it might get infected through your hand ., wash your hands before touching your eye to apply eye drops too.

Hello ! Your eyes are just too tired , you need to rest them in between work but please don't wash it directly upon reaching home , you let it rest for 10 minutes then you can continue to work if its still beat early.
