Most excuses of not going to the office!

Hi mylotters!
One of the dilemma I think to those working people is on how to ask permission for being absent with your boss.
We are all human, we cannot afford to be in the office everyday, because we have our own personal concerns to deal with also, or you want to take a break or you want rest also but why is it that it is really hard to take leave from our work and why most of the bosses do not understand that.
Because of that I noticed that most and commonly used excuse for taking the leave is sickness or family occasion.. seldom revealed the truth of not going to the office and we cannot blame those employees because they don't have a choice but to make fake excuses to protect their jobs and avoid of losing it.

most of the time employees lie in their excuse for a leave of absence because they dont want their bosses toknow what is the real reason for their absent and the easiest way to give alibis is t use the commonly used alibis.employees need privacy also evenin their absence from work.

I think It is a common rule that we are all have the right of privacy..So This is our discretion to tell them about our personal lives or we have no obligation to say it so..

That's true.as long as we have a valid reason for our absences I think its already enough and no need to explain further.

Oh yes, sickness is the most frequent and the most used reason for taking a leave. But we all are humans, if we fall sick and can't get out of the bed, why should we drag ourselves to office. Though some people try to take advantage of this by faking sickness, it's usually caught.
