Its confirmed....its true that we will be under new management in few months....

Our big boss came here in the office last Friday around 1pm for big announcement. I already mentioned before that we will be having new management in fee months time.
Our big boss announced and confirmed our merger with other company. He told us that it is for the betterment and more progress of the company. That everyone here in the head office will be included and no one will be left behind. Work and operations will be the same according to him. It also means that we will transfer into new office.
We already knew about it prior to last Friday yet its still mixed emotions and lots of questions/queries running in our heads. We don't know what's gonna happened. Yet we still look forward for something better and hoping for the best for each and everyone of us. We will be just optimistic in thing that might happened as day goes by. Our big boss assured us that everyone are included in the transfer and new management, but let's see whats gonna happened along the way.

I can definitely see why the confirmation of this announcement would be something that you would definitely meet with some apprehension because there are always times when you really don't know what is going to be happening with your job when the company that you work for is merging with another company. That said, I do think that if the boss said that you are going to be able to all keep your jobs, that is definitely going to be something that they will try to do for you all. I just hope that everything works out the way that they hope that it will.

We are also hoping that everything turn out fine. The majority share holder now is the partner that the owner got and there are some rumors that our boss just have small share so there are some speculations and doubts came and risen especially those who are in our branches. We are just thinking and assuming positively that is an aggressive moved to make the company grow and prosper.

Oh yes we are all wishing for the best. We are open for the changes that will surely happened along the way so we really have to be prepared. We merged into same kind of business so there are really some speculations and doubts on things that might happened and occur along the way.

Somehow yes, we cant never tell whats gonna happened so we trally have to be ready and realistic on possibilities and things that might happened. Maybe there will be better changes and maybe there will some not good as well. We are just hoping that things will be just fine.

Good to hear that your boss gave an assurance that no one will be left behind. So that would mean no one will be kicked out from the company. It's only the management and maybe some rules will be changed and some staff will be added.

Yeah his assurance was a big relief for all of us but we still to be ready and prepare on things that still might happened. We are hoping for the best not only for us but for the company as well. We will still work the best that we can and feel that everything is the same and fine.

That is what we are hoping for, better opportunities that might help to the growth of the company. Everyone will stay and keeps their position. But for sure there will be changes and adjustments that we will face through as days go on. We will just hoping and look forward for the best not only for the company and to us employees as well.

The good thing is that you are staying in the company. My cousin lost her job last January because their company was bought by another big company. Some employees were absorbed by the new management but some were not. My cousin worked there for a few years already. She has a baby and she pays for their new house. I know she did well and I know that better things will come her way. Now she was able to find a new job although she needs to send her child to the province to be taken care of by her mother since she needs a lot of time to stay in the office.

Sad to hear about that. I hope for the best and great opportunity ahead of her. That is what we are worrying about the first time we heard about it the fact that we heard that their will be an evaluation and screening. Good thing that our big boss came over last Friday to give us assurance that no one will left behind. Somehow its a quite relief.

Oh yes we are looking forward for better and great changes upon new management takes place. For sure their will be some adjustments at first and changes that might occur that we are looking forward that it will be beneficial for the company and to us employees as well.
