Hi all :) I often walk alone to my room after office hours after i reach my stop. Lately, i found a new way to enjoy walking alone. I don't know if it helps me or not but i hold my breath and walk. I counted to at least 30 steps. Have you tried this? How much is your count?

Hi Nitin, I have tried it several times by diving in the water. I practiced in the water close to one minute. Have a very nice day.

Without water i can hold my breath for 1 minute. Lol. It's too tough when we are inside water. It feels heavy to breath.

no I haven't try it before. you have a good point on how we can escape to be alone when walking at the same time you walk a fast without noticing that you walk faraway from your place. nice,
