Janet Jackson announces marriage... a year later

According to what I read earlier, Janet Jackson married billionaire Wissam Al Mana Qatari a year ago.. I'm assuming no one knew. I'm a fan of her music, but not that much of a fan to follow her personal life closely.. but it was one of the main topics of Facebook today. She married the guy a year ago.. but I guess the rest of the world is just finding out today. From what I read also, this is her 3rd marriage. She was previously married to Jermaine Dupri. I wonder why she chose to hide this.. privacy, shame? I just don't understand why someone of her status and age would feel the need to hide something like that. It's not like she hasn't been in the media since she was a child. What are you guy's views?

Hi, I am also her fan. She is my dream girl. The news was unknown to me. probably she thinks that if she discloses the fact, then her popularity may reduce. Have a very nice day.

If it weren't for Facebook, I wouldn't have known either.. but I am happy for her and wish her nothing less than the best of luck with her new husband and a happy marriage.

Hi there, I read this article today and all I can say is
"Good for them"...I admire them for being able to get married
without all the media involved...SHe is a well known person
and from previous weddings the media is a pain in the azz..
I am hoping she and he new hubby have a great marriage and
once again,Good for them....

Yea, I bet the media can be a pain in the butt because they will want to record every step of the way. Maybe she was thinking she did not want the extraness that comes with all of that. I wish them nothing less than the best, too! Everyone deserves to love and be loved...
