How to lose weight quickly?

After get married my weight is grows quickly.many cloths now is too small for me.I want to lose weight.which way is the best way?

Drink lime juice with warm water in the morning when you get up and before going to sleep, and diet, avoid fat foods and take a daily walk. It will help you so much to lose weight fast.

I tried the lime juice and it helps a lot not only to lose weght but for the cellulite too.Lemon detox diet is great but you have to have healthy stomach for it

This problem is among thousands of people. Most opt to do dieting and that's doesn't works, instead when the person stops dieting than the weight starts starts to grow at a much faster rate. The key to lose weight is to eat slowly means not having a meal at once but to eat bit by bit and do regular exercises. I'm sure that will help.

That's right. I think dieting is not a right way.I want to lose weight healthily.I want to go swimming. Hope that useful to me.

I am also trying to lose a lot of extra pounds. Since I had a baby I gained a ton of weight and I didn't like it. I don't feel good about myself anymore. A lot of my clothes don't fit and when shopping, my choices are only limited to long sleeved and long blouses to hide my fat arms and to make me look thinner. I hate it so I decided to give myself a break from all the worrying about how I look and start focusing on how I can feel good about how I look again. I am doing 20 to 30 minutes of cardio everyday and drinking tea to detoxify my body. Losing one pound a day is better nothing or gaining more, Right?

Diet and cardio. When I want to lose weight I cut on carbohydrates and eat lot's of vegetables and dry meat. I drink a cup of hot water 30 minutes before every meal and I try to drin at lest 2 l. of water a day. I do cardio 30 min to an hour at the end of the cardio work out I want to be wet from sweat.
