Eating as much as you want and not exercising, but still loses weight everyday.

Eating as much as you want; thousands of kalorie intake every meal, while not exercising at all... but am still losing weight everyday. Is it possible for such an easy way to get back into shape? If there is, it would be like heaven for overweight people like myself, who want to get back into shape, finally unloading the "flesh-colored tire" off my belly, regaining my self-confidence by looking fit and healthy again. I know this is probably impossible, but is there really such easy ways for the overweight people? If anyone know, would you please share with us? Many years ago, on TV, someone actually swallow a living worm, so that the parasite inside him consumes his nutrients, allowing him to lose weight while not having to do anything. However, that is probably a risky way to go. Does anyone knows of a better way? Thanks very much!

I am afraid it takes work to loose the extra weight. It is very simple. you loose weight when you burn more calories than you take in.Some people opt for gastric bypass surgery where they staple your stomach and you can only eat tiny mouthfuls of food. Of course you will loose weight. I would not opt for this. A sensible diet mostly made up of fruits, vegetables beans and lean meat will stabilize your weight. Nuts and seeds will help you to feel satisfied (not too many nuts per day) Prepared foods and fast foods are full of sugar, salt and fat and will prevent you from loosing weight. Myself I am diabetic and because of the medication the tendency is to gain weight. I do excercise at least 5 days a week sometimes 6 days. This way I am stabilising my weight even though it would be good if I lost a few pounds but I would have to cut my portions and increase the exercising time. It's a bummer, nothing is easy in life.

From last 1 week I reduced my dinner quantity, eating very less. I am taking break fast and lunch normally. Not taking non veg, eatinh nin veg once in 2weeks. I have to wait atleast one month to observe for result. I hope this will work for loosing wait. Not taking heavy calories food.

I think genetics play a big role some of us can eat all day and remain lean while others cant even eat a small sweet . I think if you are already over weight the only thing to do that don't require surgery is to work out . Lose the weight but dont starved are deprive yourself of any food else you will put it right back on .
