One day after her Oscar win Jennifer Lawrence is seen leaving a salon after getting her hair dark again for more filming on the sequel The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. There are various reports of what her natural hair color is. One is that it is honeycomb which is a light brown. For Hunger Games it is dark brown, almost black. Personally I think she looks much better with the darker hair. Although I haven't seen the movie Silver Linings Notebook for which she won the Oscar, it looks like from the scenes and photos I have seen that her hair is darker in it also. See the attached photo of her leaving the salon.

What is her natural hair color, by the way? I think she looked better in blond, the dark hair makes her look more mature than her age. She's only twenty two but I guess she's got a big build for her age. Anyway, she's still pretty, dark haired or not.

As I said above, the information I found about her natural hair color is that it is honeycomb which is a light brown.

I think I like her hair lighter then darker. I feel the darker the hair on anyone makes them look older. At the Oscars her hair was lighter and she looked so much younger and brighter. I don't know I always wanted to dye my hair black just to see how it looks on me because supposely I was born with black hair. It changed within three months to a dirty blond color. Then again when I have dyed my hair light brown I'm not feeling it and I look older so I guess I won't be dying it black.

I don't think it makes her look older, just prettier. I was thinking that could be the reason it is darker in her movies.
