My son has them terrible too. Found he got somewhat better when pulled up all the carpet in the house. I never realized how dirty carpet is. We have all wood floors now and it's made a tremendous difference with him. He also has an air cleaner in his room at night. He sleeps better.
A specialist is a good call, as suggested. That way you know exactly what you're dealing with.

Well, as an allergist explained to the ex-roommate, if you are already reacting, its too late. You need to start the shots at LEAST 6 months before you expect to have problems.
At least that's the way most allergists treat the problem.
Not my allergist, sadly, he retired.

I had the allergy shot a few times. It made seasonal allergies wayyyy less of a problem but there were times that i still had to take allergy medications. Especially with the more serious allergies.
The shot helps but it doesnt take allergies away completely.

What kind of allergy do you have? I, too, have an allergy. I am allergic to dusts. Every morning I sneeze maybe 20 times. It happens when the heater is on . . I don't take medication though. All I have to do is wash my nosel Sneezing stops.
